Art Houses Sifnos:
renting rules
• Babies up to 12 months: free of charge – Kids up to 2 years old: 50% discount
• Normal check in time: 15:00 – Normal check out time: 11:00
• No one else will be living at the house during your stay.
• Owners keep the right to use the other houses of the complex for their needs.
• You are not allowed to sublet the house to any person or company.
• Smoking or vaping is only allowed outside the house.
• Booking confirmed with a non-refundable deposit of 40% of the total amount.**
• The deposit is payable no later than 4 days from our confirmation message with the acceptance of your booking.
• Balance of payment is due not less than 14 days (2 weeks) prior to arrival at our property.
** Only In the event the cancellation is a direct result of the pandemic (government orders the stoppage of vacation rentals or the authorities decide to restrict travel from the country of origin or to the country where the property is located), guests will be given the opportunity to receive full credit for their reservation if they rebook within one year. If the guest is unable to take the credit, the guest will receive a full refund if the booking is cancelled at least 14 days before arrival date. If the guest cancels 1 -14 days before the start of the stay they will receive a 50% refund. If they cancel within 24 hours of the stay, no refund will be given.
