Residence layout

  • On the ground floor there is a comfortable bedroom, a fully equipped bathroom, and a functional kitchen with a table that can accommodate meals for four people. Upon request, the bedroom can be arranged to also accommodate a baby crib.

  • Outdoors, the courtyards with outdoor furniture, the large terrace with the stone table, the flowers, and the greenery create quiet corners for relaxation, dining, or conversation under the sun and the stars.

  • An elegant circular wooden staircase leads to the first floor, where you’ll find the second bedroom and a small WC.

  • On this level there is a balcony and a spacious terrace with a large table and panoramic views of the traditional settlement of Apollonia, the surrounding mountains, and the open horizon.

  • For reservations longer than 3 days, we can provide cleaning service at the following rates:
    By the windmill: 60€ | Peristeronas: 90€ | Zefiros: 120€

Accessibility

  • From the private parking area of Sifnos Art Houses, traditional steps lead to the residences. Since they are built amphitheatrically, their outdoor areas and courtyards are connected to each other by stairs.

    For these reasons, unfortunately the residences are not easily accessible to visitors with mobility difficulties.
