The Peristeronas (Dovecote), a characteristic structure of the Cyclades, has been converted into a 60 sq.m residence on three levels, suitable to host up to 5 people. With respect for the stonework and elements of the past, the house revives the atmosphere of tradition while offering all modern comforts for a pleasant stay.

On the ground floor (approximately 40 sq.m.), which extends over two levels, there is an independent bedroom with a double bed, the bathroom, a sofa bed, and an equipped kitchen. Upon request, a baby crib can be added. On the upper floor, there is a bedroom with a double bed and a small bathroom.
Outdoors, with comfortable courtyards, the large stone table, and the garden with flowers and aromatic herbs, guests can enjoy hours of peace and tranquility.
A stone staircase leads to the first floor (approximately 20 sq.m.), where there is another bedroom with a double bed and a small bathroom.
On the same level, the spacious terrace with the large table offers unique panoramic views toward Apollonia, Prophet Elias, and the sunset.

From the private parking area of Sifnos Art Houses, traditional steps lead to the residences. Since they are built amphitheatrically, their outdoor areas and courtyards are connected to each other by stairs.
For these reasons, unfortunately the residences are not easily accessible to visitors with mobility difficulties.
