Zefiros is a bright residence, inspired by the gentle western wind that brings coolness and serenity. Amid mastic trees, myrtles, and olive trees—with stone tables, fountains, and small nooks for relaxation—Zefiros, once part of an old estate, creates an atmosphere of calm with open horizons and captivating views toward the west and the traditional settlement of Apollonia.
Zefiros consists of two self-contained, independent two-level spaces connected by an internal staircase. Each space has its own bedroom, kitchen, and bathroom, as well as the option to accommodate one additional guest on the sofa in the dining area.

In the 52 sq.m. space of one level, there is a bedroom with a double bed, a spacious open-plan dining and living area with a sofa bed, a fully equipped kitchen, and a bathroom.
In the 40 sq.m. space of the other level, there is a bedroom with a double bed, a bathroom, and an equipped kitchen, where there is also a sofa bed.
Outdoors, large courtyards bathed in Aegean light—with outdoor furniture, a large stone table, and sun loungers—offer ideal spots for relaxation with views of the horizon.

From the private parking area of Sifnos Art Houses, traditional steps lead to the residences. Since they are built amphitheatrically, their outdoor areas and courtyards are connected to each other by stairs.
For these reasons, unfortunately the residences are not easily accessible to visitors with mobility difficulties.
